How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days, while international shipping can take 5-10 working days depending on your location and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

If you aren't 100% happy with your Oaf goods, you can return them within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How do I know what size to buy?

Many of our items have a signature oversized or boxy fit. We recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page to find your perfect fit, or sizing down if you prefer a more tailored look.

Will I have to pay customs and import duties?

For customers outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer express checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options like Klarna.

Are your collections limited edition?

Yes, we produce in small batches to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste. Once a collection or collaboration sells out, we rarely restock it, so we recommend grabbing your favorites before they are gone for good.
