We want you to love your Oaf goods, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred return carrier through the portal to download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
